真空虽然有很多好处,并不适合所有人。如果你觉得别扭或不舒服,那就不要勉强自己去做。
不过,如果你真想试试真空的话,倒是可以从裸睡开始。但劝你谨慎,因为据说十个尝试裸睡的人,十个都回不到过去了。
