对于这个判决，赵兵家属认为，追赶赵兵的8人当中，有5人被追究了刑事责任，但还有3人属于未满14周岁的未成年人，至今没得到处理，而在民事赔偿方面，判决赔偿的金额和家属最初的诉求也相差太大，赵兵家属告诉记者，他们不服此判决，进行了上诉。
